E. Payment by credit card or cheque. The use of a credit card for payment of the service is subject to the corresponding card issuer agreement. If we do not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all the amounts due on request. If you pay by cheque, you allow us to collect your cheque electronically. If the AAA does not manage a procedure as written, the parties agree to an alternative arbitration organization. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the parties mutually request a competent court to appoint an arbitration organization that manages a procedure under this provision in the writing of the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
